Service/Product Fees

I reserve the right to charge extra where an added service has been provided and discussed with you at the time of treatment.

 

All service & product prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice at The Beauty in You's discretion.

Appointment-Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time.

 

A late arrival could reduce your reserved treatment time or result in the postponement of your appointment with a penalty fee.

 

If you need to change your treatment, appointment time or cancel I ask that you let me know at least 12 hours beforehand.

 

If a cancellation is less than 12 hours under certain circumstances there will be no charge, otherwise, a 50% charge will apply and No Shows will incur a 100% fee for the booked treatment value which will need to be paid via bank deposit within 7 days of appointment, with an invoice sent after 7 days with penalty fees applied.

 

Credit card details or deposits may be required to reserve certain bookings.

Vouchers

The Beauty in You Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash a are non -transferable. They are to be used for what is written on them e.g. treatment or product purchase. Vouchers have no expiry date though if they are lost over time proof of purchase will be required.

The Beauty in You reserves the right to change the conditions of vouchers in the future.
